From the outset, we maintained close collaboration with the client’s stakeholder, Mike Palagonia, to align development priorities with brand goals. The ShopX team followed a gradual improvement plan, entailing a complete audit of the current Shopify website.
We also identified performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues and SEO gaps, which enabled us to roadmap on improvements. The front-end architecture was reviewed and perfected as a part of the Shopify theme migration, augmenting the architecture to make it more appropriate to the clean, minimalist brand identity of Hello Skincare.
